A little confused. I have a 2025 XLT with Sync 4. Everything is working perfectly but I’ve noticed Bluetooth setting keeps saying “off”. I turned it on yesterday and now it turned off again. But everything works great including CarPlay, wireless calls, music streaming, navigation from my phone, etc.

Is there something I’m not understanding?

Wireless CarPlay is based on WiFi, not Bluetooth (except for initial pairing). Not sure exactly what you mean by “Bluetooth setting says off” but if it works, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Under Connectivity menu on infotainment screen, the Bluetooth is listed as “off”.

Your phone is connected to your infotainment screen with a cable (or wirelessly if your ride is a 2025 or later) Bluetooth not involved in CarPlay. If you only used the Maverick's built in features on the info screen, then, yes, you would need bluetooth.
