cool guys. It’s a bummer when that happens, but I’d suggest contacting the dealer as soon as possible. I recently had to deal with Gaia customer service for an issue with an order, and they were super understanding and helped me through it. A good dealer will usually work with you, especially if the purchase is recent. Be sure to ask about their return policy and whether they’d be willing to swap it out or offer a refund
