Tonneau covers and Ford OEM cargo rail system.

I like the open bed look, especially with the spray-in liner. But the Missus is suggesting I get a cover, and who am I to argue with free reign to order another add-on?

Question, though. Has anyone experienced any difficulties clamping one on if they already have the Ford OEM cargo rails? I’m assuming not, if those are stock on Lariat, but wanted to check.

Any types or brands that are recommended, or to be avoided?

Also, anyone have images of a tonneau with a tailgate spoiler? I’ll probably be spending my Ford points there, so I’m curious to see the look of them together.

Just pay attention to the clamps that are provided, some are longer than others, and may get close to the rail hardware.

I recently installed a Gator EFX hard trifold on my '25 Lariat hybrid and the hardware clamps do not interfere with the sliding cargo rails.

The black clamps came with my BakFlip MX4 cover, the silver ones came with my Elevate TS rails.

My BackFlip MX4 works find with the Ford EOM rail system. No problem at all and it’s a great product.

I got a Tomoka tri fold hard cover on my 24 Lariat eco boost and was advised to remove the rails. But when I got it on it was obvious the rail wouldn’t interfere so I put them back on

Very nice! You now need to add the Tuff Skin Maverick lettering to make the tailgate pop!
