There is no recall to replace the battery, it's only replaced if your dealer says it needs replacement. I still have my original 12V battery in my hybrid into my 4th year. I would love a free AGM battery, but they said I'm already out of warranty.Had the battery replaced under the recall ,new Agm even start stop works now.

They put a AGM in my hyrbid 2 weeks ago and I checked with Forscan it’s at 80, should I change to 100Is your charging system set to charge to 100% ?
The 12-volt hybrid battery does not start the engine. The high voltage battery uses one of the electric motors to start it. Which also means it does not even have a conventional "starter".Ford has issued a recall affecting over 272,000 Maverick pickup trucks due to issues with the 12-volt starter battery. I used Forscan to make many changes to my 25MY Mav Hybrid, including 12v SOC from default 80% to 85%. Im not an expert, proposing that's the perfect level, but haven't experienced "Sleep" since this change. Serves me well, so will stay @ 85% until it doesn't.They put a AGM in my hyrbid 2 weeks ago and I checked with Forscan it’s at 80, should I change to 100
