Basic rule of thumb. For best peace of mind. Change oil between 3000 and 5000 miles, or at least once a year. Whatever comes first. Ignore any other indicator or factory recommendations.
For a hybrid, this is too frequent unless all you make are short trips and never get the ICE warm enough to burn off the condensate. The IOLM should take this into account, normally the ICE will only operate 40-60 percent of miles driven depending on your (driving) style.

What is there to worry about by doing too frequent of oil changes?

What about 1000 then?

And tranny 5K?

And brake fluid annually?

And coolant 5K?

The interval is 10,000 miles unless you go a lot of towing, mountain or high temp driving. Look at your oil and see if it's even started breaking down yet

Check your receipt from last change, you want the full synthetic on the Hybrid to go the full ~10k/OLM. If it's the blend, I would change it a bit earlier, like 25% OLM.
