42,000 when my one tire got to 2/32".I am just curious on what owners with the Continental ProContact TX tires are getting for mileage, they are rates at 65000
25k or less for the aggressive driver, 45k+ for hypermilers. I plan on getting 5 summers out of them or 45-50k. Winter tires for the winter. The gas mileage is quite good. I do believe a retail version would be a good replacement tire, but I could be wrong.I am just curious on what owners with the Continental ProContact TX tires are getting for mileage, they are rates at 65000
If these are the standard tires that came on our 23 we have 33,000 on and lots of tread left.I am just curious on what owners with the Continental ProContact TX tires are getting for mileage, they are rates at 65000
I got my 2022 XLT Hybrid in Oct 2022. I now have 42000 odometer miles and I have flat towed it another 15k miles for a total of 57k road miles. I expect to make it to the end of this year and then will probably go with Michelin Defenders.I am just curious on what owners with the Continental ProContact TX tires are getting for mileage, they are rates at 65000

Be sure you are comparing apples to apples. Aftermarket specs are not usually the same as the OEM check actual tire tread wear on tire. OEM usually 45k milesI am just curious on what owners with the Continental ProContact TX tires are getting for mileage, they are rates at 65000
Considering the aftermarket spec is 8/32, and it may be greater than that so they are never found with less, I'd bet OEM came with an intended 6/32, with a tad more so never found short on quality checks (almost laughed typing that).Be sure you are comparing apples to apples. I haven't checked my conti's but my michelins on my lariat were 45k.
I had tires rotated on my procontact tx done at 4964 miles (2022 hybrid XLT) annual oil change and quick lane reported tread at >6 so assume was less than 7, but who knows.
55 mph straight open four lane highway. All traffic is going that fast. I’ll be damned if I’m going to be the rolling road block. If you hydroplane at 7/32" you are driving too fast... for any tire.
