I have the tray on my power driver seat. It is under the seat enough that contents are mostly obscured from looky-loos. The contents are not secured in case of an accident so I wouldn't put heavy items in it. Also the tension clip would unclip if too much weight was put in the tray. I did stop hard enough today to chirp the tires when someone in front of me had to come to a complete stop before turning on a side street GRRRRRRRRRRR! My spare sunglasses and USB power bank stayed in the tray.

Sometimes, it's the simple additions to the Tonka that speaks volume, great idea @MABETT. The storage box under the power drivers seat is one of them. Likin the "out of sight" aspects. I can easily reach in blindly and grab what I'm in the mood for. Whether that be something for a rainy day or a guns a blazing kind of day.
