It's shocking what an entry level model pickup can be priced at when slapping on just a few extra gadgets and trim. In my mind; if you're paying more than $30k for any trim level of Maverick, you've been had. Once you get above that, there are MANY better equipped, more capable, better materials, better ride pickups to choose from at the same price point.
Yeah, good luck with that one ...

I bought a '25 Lariat Tremor for less. 45 and some change.
I assume the 45k was with taxes and fees?

There are 2025 Tremors on dealership lots here in the Southern California area for around 39k, plus discounts/incentives (if you qualify) which will lower the price more.

There's a XL Tremor, XLT Tremor, and Lariat Tremor. Tremor is a 4X4 option.
In 2023 and 2024 Tremor was a package that could be added to XLT and Lariat trim levels.

In 2025 - Tremor is a stand alone trim.

You own a 2025 Tremor. No Lariat.

That is correct.

I own a 2023 Lariat that I purchased new at MSRP (unfortunately).

I was checking out the 2025 Mavericks at my local dealership while my Maverick was in for an oil change. Pretty much every single one had some type of discount, excluding a Lobo that was parked inside the showroom.

They had some food stamp models (XL/XLT) for as low as 26k. The Lariat and Tremor also had some steep discounts.

The new 2025 Lariat, Tremor and Lobo look amazing! I got out of there quick after the oil change because the little devil on my left shoulder was already whispering in my ear trying to convince me into trading in my beloved 2023 Lariat.

I had a 2023 Tremor and while I loved it after 14k miles I got $3,500 more than I paid for it so I traded it for a 2024 Civic knowing the updated 2025 Maverick was coming. Gamble paid off with the AWD Hybrid 4K Tow. While I ended up losing about $5k on the Civic after trade in and taxes (so a net loss of $1,500 on both transactions for 25k miles of driving) I got my 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid 4K tow and I couldn't be happier with it.

Good choice.

The 2025 Lariat is nice.

My only complaint are the 19" wheel and tires. 17s or 18s would have been preferred but oh well.

I also wish you could get the Tremor and Lobo's advanced awd system as a stand alone upgrade to at least Lariat but I understand why....

I love the new wheels on the 2025 Lariat. They look sporty and upscale. Ford knocked it out of the park with the new wheel design. But I hear what you're saying.

You clearly haven't shopped pick up trucks lately. Nor do any of those do what the Maverick does.

Hmmm pay more for something that costs at least twice to operate and doesn't have the options of the Mav Lariat...

What an awesome deal!!!
yes, the 40+ mpg is the biggest selling point of the Maverick, and that's why I bought one. I wouldn't even consider something that didn't get at least 30, or maybe 25 if it was really nice. But under $30k and over 40mpg? no brainer.

Under $38k for additional 4K tow, AWD, and a host of other creature comforts? no brainer.

The look of the wheels are good no qualms there its just the 19" 225s are hard to find any AT tire options for it but there are a few available if you bump up to the 235s.

I'm not looking to turn the Hybrid Lariat into an off roader or even a soft roader because that is really not what it is meant for but I do travel on a lot of washboard gravel roads up to my mountain property and I definitely can use a little more tread and traction on those roads, and also nice for the winters in Ohio, not necessary, but nice.
