As the title states...I have captured pictures and part number data to help others with their upgrade to Brembo brakes from a Mach-E GT.

Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav
Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav2
Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav12

Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav11

The part numbers are:

Rotors = LK9Z-1125-A (2 required)
Calipers = LK9Z-2B120-A and LK9Z-2B121-A (1 each required)
Pads = LJ9Z-2001-B (1 set)
Brake Hoses = LJ9Z-2078-A (2 required)
Caliper Bolts = W7 10681-S439 (pkg 2) (4 required)
Backing Plate/Dust Shield = LJ9Z-2K004-B and LJ9Z-2K005-B (1 each required)

Once you strip the old brakes off you can start with the backing plates. They will need to be modified slightly with a mounting hole added.

Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav8
Ford Maverick Mach-E Brembo Upgrade with Part #'s Mav5

You can then add the new brake hoses. The retainer bracket will likely not be in the correct position. Once you have both ends of the hose connected you can slide and rotate the bracket to line up with the mounting point.

Next you can install rotor and caliper. Caliper will need 3mm spacer between spindle and caliper.

For brake bleeding you can try the manual procedure outlined in the screenshots below. They are from FDRS (Ford shop manual). The manual procedure would not work on my hybrid but luckily, I have a VCM3 and access to the Ford service software to enter the vehicle into/out of Brake Service Mode.

Thats it!!!

If you aren't wearing your seatbelt, the brakes will put you through the windshield! They are awesome.

Thank you so much for giving all of us out here this great info!
I’m wondering what you used for the 3mm spacers?

All said and done it was a tick over $1500. If I remember correctly the guy selling the RS brakes/brackets here wanted a similar amount.

Here is the cost breakdown...

Rotors = LK9Z-1125-A (2 required) $190 ea.
Calipers = LK9Z-2B120-A and LK9Z-2B121-A (1 each required) $400 ea.
Pads = LJ9Z-2001-B (1 set) $105
Brake Hoses = LJ9Z-2078-A (2 required) $35 ea.
Caliper Bolts = W7 10681-S439 (pkg 2) (4 required) $8 (for 4)
Backing Plate/Dust Shield = LJ9Z-2K004-B and LJ9Z-2K005-B (1 each required) $31 ea.

This is great info. Thanks for posting all the part numbers required. The listed calipers and rotors appear to be for a Mach E GT Performance Edition. There also appears to be a slightly smaller rotor and non-branded caliper for the non-performance edition Mach E GT that my be useful for fitment of smaller wheels.

Awesome info in this thread. Thanks to MGouin for sharing.

It’s done for looks and bragging rights.
This thread should be in the Mach E forums.
Sorry I cannot call that car a Mustang.
It’s an Insult to the Mustang lineage.

Ford should have named it the Colt.
:’P

Not sure if you are mad at me for upgrading my truck or at Ford for producing a Mustang Mach-E?

I can assure you that the upgrade is more than looks and bragging rights. To go from a single piston caliper to a 4 piston caliper is a HUGE performance (and Safety) upgrade. Also, why would upgrading a Maverick and sharing on a Maverick forum be better served on a Mach-E forum??

This is the route I went, I bought used calipers with new pads and rotors, and with red caliper paint and brembo decals I have just over $500 in it.

Also you can just buy the used calipers from ebay they come with brake pads and hardware and brake lines . Just to let ppl know great write up. Did not know this was made here before I took the journey and risk it all lol 😆 😅. If you do the rears I think do the Base model ones not the Gt ones. They are bigger than stock. The gt ones seems to be the same as the mavericks.

Just look for the Ford part numbers shown in the first post. It's a Mach-E rotor.
