Wow! Great Design. Printed off the LEFT one in PETG and it snaps right in. I have to order some more black to do the right one.
Again - great design!

Thanks. I got the wheel arch models from Ford through their upfitter program.I printed both sides in PETG today and they fit great. Nice job on these. How the heck did you model that weird shape? I've designed quite a few things from scratch but never anything with so many curves.
Nice, I didn't even know that was a thing. Are you part of that program through work or can anyone get access? Thanks. I got the wheel arch models from Ford through their upfitter program.
My Bambo A1 software says it was 5.1 hours for each side - very sturdy looks like to me...How long does it take for most of you to print each piece?
This was what my ‘23 looked like when I first learned about these pockets. There was already zero airflow through that pile of mud. And I live in a city and drive 95% pavement. You'd have to be damn near a fool to print and install this. It would obstruct air flow to dry out the rocker. Just rinse it out when you wash the vehicle. It really is as simple as that. 3 winters and there wasn't that much debris in there, so OP is exaggerating. And no OP, you don't need to remove anything to flush this area.
35,500 miles here, Very minimal debris on mine. All I do is wash the truck monthly and weekly in the winter. Keep it washed out and only cover it temporarily if you're planning to off-road in mud. I'll call that my rocker panel moisture air vent and I don't want it covered. This was what my ‘23 looked like when I first learned about these pockets.
