I'm no where close to needing tires yet (as much as the OEM tires make me sad) but I just want to see what you guys think of what you like.
I live in Florida so no snow but much rain. I want something that gives good feedback and grip while keeping stock wheels. The 19" 7.5" does make it tough though reason I want other opinions.

I just watch the Savage Geese video on the Lobo and one of their biggest complaints about the vehicle's performance was the stock tires, which they thought really hurt the truck's performance.

PS4S are great, but they're 300 treadwear and aren't available in any size that fits the stock wheels while keeping about the same diameter

Maybe Continental Extreme Contact Sport would be a good choice, they're 340TW and available in 255/40-19 that's close to stock diameter

Or the Pilot Sport 4 SUV which exists in the stock 225/55-19 size

There's a bunch to choose from, it all depends on your priorities

I do like the PS4S SUV ones but yeah those even have a lower treadwear at 200 lol, but damn they are like the best Summer tires i think

Sadly the 255/40 wont fit the stock wheels, they are 7.5". Plus i think 255 is going too wide, limit ive read is 20mm at most difference.

I got my eye on Vredestein Ultrac Pro's but they are pretty new. I use to have Indy 500's on my Miata but I see they have crappy water handling (surprised I never noticed on the MIata)

Yup, they would! What we don't know is if they fit OP's needs. Buying performance tires involves a lot of choices.

It probably isn't necessary to buy N-spec (Porsche certified) tires though

Also they are one of the highest prices but thats because they are Michelins, most expensive doesnt always mean best value
Reason for the post is just to see if anyone knew of any others is all

After watching a Lobo barely beat a hybrid on TFL Truck at a mile high elevation, I'm just not that impressed with the Lobo trim.

Due to my combo of on road and off, I selected Summit Trail Climber SUV² in 255/50R20 for my Maverick's summer duties and Hankook Dynapro AT2 in 235/75R17 for winter duties. I'm surprised how well the Summit tires handle and they are 700 AA rated.

I don't really care for that comparison, it's like comparing a Mazda 3 and a Miata in a straight line when we all know the Miata was made for turning and corning performance.

I'm looking at Michelin Defender 2's to replace my original Continental Contacts. Only hav 10500 miles on them but never really liked them.
