I noticed that the total miles seems to wrap around after 10K miles. The attached pic shows total miles < Electric miles
Is there a way to display the correct total miles

So you've never reset Trip 2? At one point it showed 9xxx.x?

Interesting....no clue why or how to adjust it. Maybe someone smarter than me has the answer....

You took delivery of your Maverick with 6.5 miles on it?
The trip odometers show a maximum of 10,000 miles.
My trip 2 has not been reset since I bought the truck. Without having to go out and look right now. I'm guessing it shows about 200 and some miles even though I put over 10,000 on it

I'm thinking the most you're going to get out of any trip odometers is going to be 10,000 miles even the 2025s.

Yes, the trip will rollover every 10k miles. Ford trip odometers have been doing this for many years now. Unsure of what Ford's reasoning for it is though.

Likely display space to allow for the tenths of miles. Also when creating software for a "trip" odometer they project a single trip will never exceed 10k miles. It is NOT the odometer, it is a trip odometer so no need to store more miles in memory.
Good reasoning there. It's disappointing because it'd be kind of cool to know the average MPG over the entire ownership/lifetime of the vehicle, which is the only reason why I'd leave trip 2 alone.

That is on the default main screen as long as you don't reset it. I reset mine when I bought it and haven't reset it since. It is the screen that shows the instantaneous mileage.
Ah yes, I know the one you're talking about. I reset that one at every fill up. I suppose you could leave that one un-reset!

I have a 25 Tremor and I pledged to never reset Trip 2 for the same reason. I got the truck when it had 16 miles on it. I'm up to about 9700 miles, I'll have to pay attention to see if mine does the same :(

Hmmmm? I reset trip 1 at oil change and trip 2 at fill-up. I don't remember what happens, if anything, when dealer resets oil life. I don't remember which but one rolled over at 40k miles last week. Never noticed before. Seems like cumulative mpg is calculated on most recent 2500 or 5000 miles?

Okay, about 9500 miles and I did not know about them possibly resetting themselves. That bar one and trip one are the two that I manually reset occasionally. This trip too is the one that I've been leaving alone. We'll see

Check on the infotainment screen. That one contains at least one extra digit.

The only one that will keep life mpg is the main screen with the mileage gauge on it. Don;t reset it and it will be fine for the life. Trip 1 and 2 is just that single trip odometers.

For us XL/XLT owners, using one of the 2 Trips long term is the only way to see the extended mpg, still don't get to see the electric miles like Lariat provides, nor the full lifetime you reference.

So there is a difference in views here perhaps not realized.

They probably figure if driver never reset it then it's not being used, so doesn't matter.
