how can i confirm my ford esp warranty has been applied to my account? i don't see anything under the service tab of the app, nor do i see it on my account on ford.com

That's a good question! I purchased an ESP from a Ford dealer recommended in this forum and received email confirmation but I couldn't find anything on my ford.com account.

I called Ford Protect Sales Information 1-877-794-6434 (see: https://fordprotect.ford.com/extended-service-plan) and the agent confirmed my plan is in effect.

I wish I could see this on-line or in the app.

Like AutobahnSHO mentions, Just call the service dept at your local Ford dealership. Give them your VIN # and they will be able to tell you over the phone.
It may take a few days or a week to actually show on their screen if you just recently purchased it.

I had to search for missing points in the FordPass app after purchasing my ESP. It didn’t show up on the app automatically. Here is the path to follow on the FordPass app:

Other services
Rewards
View History
Missing Points ?

BTW: I purchased my ESP thru Granger.

I purchased ESP from Granger but only received a +1 Tier Activity credit and no actual reward points.

I purchased ESP from Granger but only received a +1 Tier Activity credit and no actual reward points.
i don't recall getting any points when i purchased mine.

I asked Grainger about the points and the points only are awarded for top tier ESP plans. I did not get the full coverage (minus radio and emissions). At least that is what I was told.

On a side note my local dealer said they would not honor the ESP purchased via Grainger?????

b25crew, what reason did your dealer give you for not honoring the ESP? I assumed that all dealers have to honor it; even though they gouge you on price of ESP if you buy it from your dealer

Yes, I received both a tier upgrade and points as a result of purchasing my ESP from Granger. But like I was saying, I had to search for the purchase on the Ford App and it took a few days. Perhaps you should call Granger and ask them why your points haven’t shown up?

BTW:
I purchased a 96month/100K mi PremiumCare warranty, which is a top tier plan.
Someone on this thread stated that the lower level plans do not get you any points but I do Not think they are correct about that. Just because someone states it on the internet does NOT make it true. (and I am a French model, by the way).

I purchased the same - 96/100 premium care. Will be contacting Granger asap. Thanks for posting the details !

I think they just wanted to push me into buying their ESP. I asked if they would price match (Grainger) and they would not. Quite a bit higher price local dealer. He really did not give me a "reason!" :cwl:

Only issue was when I first went to the site my extended warranty did not show up.
Once I logged into my account it did show up! AMAZING! :ROFLMAO:
dang. mine isnt showing up. guess i have some phone calls to make!
