Hello, I will look into the lenses because I'm OCD also I just kinda gave up. Yes they flash with the

Sadly I'm a perfectionist. If there's something I can do to make it look a little nicer it drives me nuts until I get it looking just right.

These also flash when you unlock/lock the doors, with the rest of the exterior lights.

Yours look good as well you just need the colored lenses to hide the LED for a more finished look.

I really want to smash this and the Mabett setup into one. Maybe get three LEDs into that "deadspace" in the middle.

Finally got around to doing this the right way. I tried the Mabbet revised version with the smoked lenses, and wasn't a huge fan they just look too plain and stick out too far on the fender compared to OEM.

So I used my own OEM XLT fender inserts and painted them to match. Now the only Chrome left is the headlights and tail lights bowls. I used a small 5/8" round amber LED for the blinker and a frosted lens cover. I ordered the turn signal adapter harness from custom Auto works store for $50, way overpriced but it was so much easier than doing it myself for the harness.

I got the LEDs as well as the wiring to extend to the OEM blinker from super bright LEDs.com here in St Louis Missouri. I already had the paint so that was no extra cost all in all the mod probably cost me about 85.00, Plus my time for painting. If anybody needs part numbers for LEDs are the blinker harness adapter let me know.

These are much brighter than the Mabetts with their smoked lens and easier to see in the daylight as well. Really happy with the way they turned out.

I installed my MA bets and they work great! The chaser light feature is cool!
The Maverick has been sending lpw battery messages, and Ford emailed me unsolucited that I should have the dealer perform a free battery test. I did that at my oul change, and they noted that my after market lights (?) could be the problem? Except I was getting warnings well before I put the lights in. And, they only come on when all the lights turn on, so, really?? I've done enough electrical work in homes and cars to know a brush off when I hear one. A bit insulted the dealership thinks it customers are that gullible...

BUT my daughter bought me a set of Mabetts side marker so I have these as a spare.

Agreed there's many things Ford could offer in the Maverick that they don't or no longer due such as blinkers in the mireorcaps, power passenger seat, door sail installed keyless entry keypad, full led taillights, rear defroster on the back glass.
