so, if I got the confirmation email the same day as the day I put in the order, you think it might happen sooner? I got confirmation minutes after my order.

I got my confirmation from Ford on June 15th.

I think the first few days they were very light on orders because a ton of dealers were telling people it's too soon to order. So I think, with a bit of luck, you'll be in the first weeks of production and get a truck sooner.

Unless you have a constrained option (Rapid Red, 4K tow w/FWD, cross bars, mud flaps) or Ford decides the first three weeks are for work truck white fleet XL orders with no options and doesn't schedule anyone else

Gotcha. None of the time delay options on my truck, thankfully. A51 Lariat with AWD EcoBoost. I keep checking anything and everything that gets listed as a possible delay item, and so far, I’ve avoided everything. The only possible ouch is that I’m a priority 19.

Try asking your dealer to pump up your priority

My guess (purely based upon the Bronco program and nothing more) is that such notifications will go out on Thursdays. That fits in with the announcement of starting on 7/15/21.

• 2022MY Maverick – Please note that a mid-month regional control has been added for the Spray-In Bedliner for the new wholesale. Also, Spray-In Bedliner (96G) will only be eligible to schedule with XLT Luxury Package (54L) or Lariat/First Edition (54P) for startup scheduling.

If I'm reading this correct, if you have spray in bedliner on an XL or XLT without the Luxury package, you're not getting scheduled this week for production in the first three weeks.

I'm also reading into this statement that they'll be building multiple trims during the first three weeks, as many of us have suspected.
