Hello, I am an older retired mechanic and machinist, so I like to make things work. I have been looking into the Mabett side marker/turn signal lights. There are a few others out there prices are $60.00 and up. Well I decided to make my own with parts I had laying around my shop. I would guess I have less than $20 in these. What do you think?

I like it! I have a similar single LED (mounted exactly in the middle like yours). I then bought a lens from a kid off Etscy about a year ago. Nice lens and looks close to factory. Mine are just turn signal. That is all I wanted and they really light up nice at night.
Not plug and play. I had to splice into the turn signal wiring.
I spliced into the turn signal wiring only, not running lights.

Used feniex cannons, it can be set for 3 modes, mine is mode 1 solid amber for turn, mode 2 is solid white for area light and mode 3 is strobe. They have 4 colors and any combo of the four can be assigned to any mode. Also can put these in your reverse lamp housing to act as reverse , strobe and break
