Side marker lights

Has anyone put in side markers lights on the xlt side badge. I put in lenses without the lights. So I just want to add simple running lights.

I just finished that job today I used a 3 wire LED amber light and wired it to the turn signal harness that gives me park and turn signals also lights up when unlocking doors a fun project.

Hello, I made my side markers into Turn Signal Indicators and they also flash when I lock/ unlock the truck. I ordered some small round Amber LED lights from Amazon and the Amber Lenses I got from ETSY. I had to use clear silicone to stick the lenses onto the Black housing but they have been on for quite some time and went through some car washes and have had zero problems. I will post a picture or the light I used and the bag with the part number on it. They were cheap. I like the upgrade so best of luck

Very clean and simple mod to perform. Will definitely add it to my list. The hardest part may be integrating of the wiring into the factory circuit somewhere.
