I got my Cobb Accessport the week before last. I downloaded the 93 octane tune with OEM+ TCM.

I got a Dragy this week. I was able to go out last night and find a deserted stretch of road to test my truck out.

My truck is a 2022 Maverick 2.0 Ecoboost XLT AWD. It doesn't have the 4K towing so it has the 3.63 gearing.

I run BP 93 octane fuel only and have a drop in K&N filter in my truck. Everything else is stock.

I didn't take anything out of my truck for the run so it was full weight. It had a 1/2 tank of gas and I weigh 235 pounds.

I made the run with the truck in Sport mode and I did foot brake the truck to about 1,500 RPM's.

I'm very happy with the results!

Nice! Did you get a baseline before the tune?
Thanks!

I didn't get a baseline because I had already tuned my truck prior to getting the Dragy.

Did you know that your Maverick will run a tight race with:

1969 Mustang Boss 429(factory stock tire)
1993 Mustang Cobra R
1993 Camaro Z28 SS
Dodge Neon SRT4 with similar mods as yours
Most stock 60s Hemi cars
2003 F150 Lightning with a fat passenger
1993 Nissan Skyline GTR
1993 Toyota Supra Turbo
2008 Subaru WRX
2017 Dodgle Challenger RT 5.7
2003 Mustang Mach 1
2003 Mitsubishi EVO

These are not budget trucks lol!

Yes, I'm pretty up on 1/4 miles times of many vehicles old and new.

I have been drag racing for 40 years; lots of Foxbody Mustangs. My screen name (z28th1s) is the license plate that I had on most of my Foxbodies back in the day. They usually did a pretty good job against Z28 Camaros. I have used this screen name on every car related forum that I have ever been a member of.

We still have quite a few old and newer hot rod cars. Among them we have 2 Maverick Grabbers, 2 Maverick Grabber (clones) and 2 Mercury Comet GT's.

These new Maverick trucks are economical, handy and pretty darn quick for what they are. Another thing with the AWD you don't have to worry about blowing the tires off if you hit it from a dead stop!

Always liked the Lightning trucks! I had a black '94 with the 351 and a Paxton supercharger.

Nice!

I just like to remind the group how awesome these trucks are. I still think the Maverick is just like the old Maverick. Economical, cheap, people mover, unibody, and big ole trunk. Oh and a lil work can make em scoot!

I agree!

I'm very happy with what I got for my money (X Plan plus $750 private cash offer) and it is a great daily driver that is handy and very fun to drive!

I'm a little bit confused by the private cash offer. Please explain.

Do you know if Cobb has a 93 tune? We have garbage fuel here in the SW.
