That looks good for the price. Does anybody know what country their products are manufactured in?

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but I just noticed when I went to the site and clicked 2022, maverick stuff popped up right away.

https://truxedo.com/truxport/2022/ford/maverick
Nice. I was hoping truxedo would drop their soft cover before my maverick was delivered. Rolling soft tonneau is the best tonneau especially with such a small bed. Can’t afford to lose half a foot or more to a rolling hard top or a folding tonneau.

So, if I'm looking at things correctly, a tonneau cover from this place runs anywhere from $299 - $930, yet to get a tonneau from Ford with your build, it costs $1160. Might be time to save some money on the build and buy an aftermarket tonneau cover.

Thats definitely what I plan on doing. I was even thinking about making my own, since they really do not seem that complex.

Fords $1160 is for the hard trifold or rollup tonneau. The comparable one is $930 from Truxedo. Fords includes installation and factory warranty.. Does the $930 also include shipping? I couldn't find out if it does. Yes we will pay more (up to $230) to get it from Ford but it's also nice to have 1 company to work with for warranty issues. Plus you can finance it with the vehicle.

True, but some of the Truxedos do have a lifetime warranty.

where’s your phone/computer made?

electronics for this truck? Etc etc.

come on. Be real here.
At least the eCVT is made in the US? I wonder what kind of premium it would actually add to the vehicle to make it in the states. To be fair though, I bet there is much less of a labor shortage in Mexico than in the US right now. Does not help that kids are basically funneled into college vs manufacturing.
