A day after getting my truck I noticed a little sticker inside on the rear window. Hard to see from the outside with the tint. But atleast now I know why I received my truck with 40 miles already on it. Not that I would have minded people test driving it or anything, but I was curious since I know it's not a 20 mile drive to fill it up with gas before I got there 😂

Also good to know my truck passed Fords random testing!

It's nice that they did that, unless it was the guys from Ferris Bueller's Day Off!

What I find fun about this is that it looks like they haven't changed that "form" since September of 1982. Unless I am reading their version/revision notes incorrectly. I am a weirdo, but always find it fascinating to see how "old" some things are that are still being printed without any need for update or change.

Nice catch. That’s pretty fascinating to see the date printed on there

Judging by the color of paper and quality of the print, this could have been printed in 1982 - lol!

Mine had 70miles on it on purchase. Was almost sold out with out me knowing it arrived at dealership ( salesman out for Covid-19) so guess their test drives.
Part of the techs job is to test drive the vehicle as part of the mechanical pre-sale inspection. I believe the recommendation would be 10-15 miles or so for that. Failure to do so would not be good, since those test drives can reveal issues with the vehicle that could not be noticed simply by a visual inspection. Now, that would likely only be a small amount of the pre-sale miles on your vehicle, 70 miles indicates that it was likely test driven by a few other people. Whether it was just sales people taking it for a spin, other potential customers, or they may have simply let other order holders go out in it, only the dealers staff knows.

I don't think this is the case, since it has the logo from 2017. I can't tell you what it stands for, but it's probably contextual with whatever B & A 7681 is since the Mach E has similar printing, but different layout.

All they really changed in 2017 was to drop the gradient and shadows.

This being a simple black & white (off white?) printed sticker, that's what the logo would've looked like anyway, since the 1976 revision. That printer isn't going to bother trying to get the detail in there.

For some reason, most of my first search was showing their logo printed in black and white as a black outlined oval with black letters for 1982, but I found a manual that matches the card for the logo. That being said, the fact the print is different for the mach-e, bronco, and Maverick makes me think that it has been changed since 1982.
