It would mount under the tonneau, with the wide width bracket option. However, due to being at a 70 degree slant, the slats wouldn't open all the way, and instead you'd be able to open the first slat. Only if the uprights of a bedrack are at a 90 degree angle they would open, However the look of a 90 deg rack is just not right... lol.
You'd be able to remove the rack easily and leave the brackets behind, then you can open up the slats of the tonneau cover all the way.
