Xlt hybrid with worse noise on engine

Hello everybody
I have a XLT HYBRID WITH 250 miles and after 3 days driving I noticed a worse noise on engine when the vehicle is in park mode the engine works like if you press and release the accelerator that’s happening when I turn on the car to warm up , but now the engine noise it’s more Lauder and my mileage it’s 7.4 /100 anyone had the same problem? What’s is the normal mileage on your hybrid? The video attached you can hear the sound

What you seem to be describing is happening with other hybrids too. Mostly using remote start. I think I saw somewhere on here that ford is aware of it. I'd give it a few hundred more miles but if it doesnt go away take to the dealer. Guessing you're in Canada based on L/km so you're mileage is actually right around where I'd expect for winter driving with the hybrid. The heater running forces the engine to run more. Also remote start and idling hurts mileage

Do not use remote start with the fordpass app, there seems to be a glitch with it that is causing issues very similar to what your vehicle is doing.

Yes, try manually starting it and see how it warms up. Do it with the ap again then by you again. Try it for a few days and see if there is any difference.

An Ap is software trying to contol software tied to hardware. if software was so good, why are our phones being upgraded almost continually? Maybe Ford needs to push out an update.
