I think I understand now. So yesterday I felt like "Ford sucks at scheduling" but today it is absolutly FORD FU@#ING SUCKS AT SCHEDULING TRUCKS TO BE BUILD IN A FAIR AND RATIONAL WAY!!!!

Good luck with anyone else lol. I've ordered from Toyota and GM. Both are doing the same thing Ford is. Same poop, different toilet. Shortages are nothing new. It will take easily a decade or more to recover and even then it's doubtful we will ever return to having surplus on the lots in our lifetimes.

Amazon has spoiled some of you.

I agree it sucks, but it's nothing new. If you order a vehicle from ANYONE and see it within the same year - consider yourself lucky. Be smart, make sure the deposit is minimal and fully refundable - or don't place an order.

MY WORKPLACE, A FORTUNE 50 COMPANY (THAT MEANS WE ARE UP THERE WITH AMAZON AND APPLE FOR SALES) HAS A POLICY: ALL OFFICIAL HEALTH AND SAFTEY OR WORK RELATED
DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ALL CAPS FOR CLARITY AND SO THEY CAN BE READ EASILY AT A GLANCE. I THOUGHT IT WAS WEIRD AT FIRST BUT NOW THAT I'M USED TO IT IT HAS BECOME A NORMAL PART OF LIFE AND I FIND SWITCHING BACK AND FORTH TO BE TEDIOUS AND POINTLESS. I MEAN WHY DO WE HAVE TWO SETS OF LETTERS ANYWAY? SOME CULTURES DON'T AND THEY DO FINE. ENGLISH IS SUCH A COMPLEX LANGUAGE. IT'S NOT AS IF "BUY" AND "buy" HAVE TWO DIFFERENT MEANINGS BUT DON'T TRY TO WIND YOUR WATCH IN THE WIND BECAUSE WIND AND WIND HAVE TWO SEPARATE MEANINGS.

Cultural standards aside, no, writing in all caps to be more readable is not a thing. YOU might have learned to be ok with it, and your corporate overlords might demand it, but that doesn't make it better. The science of typography has plenty to say about that topic.

If anyone is forcing you to work in all caps for "clarity" they are probably a lawyer. For health and safety documents I can see that. Not because it makes sense but because that material has established legal formats. Otherwise the value of capitalization is to highlight the importance of something. But when you highlight EVERYTHING as important then the outcome is that nothing you say is important.

You honor your employer by doing what they expect. But outside work you hinder the value of your own words by culturally declaring everything you say needs attention with LOUD words.

What I find more annoying is when people don't break up their posts in paragraphs and it just looks like one BIG BLOB!! Thank you for not doing that
