first thing I'm planning is a set of tires and wheels for my truck when I get it, but here's what I"m wondering:
assuming the factory spare wheel is 7" wide (might be 7.5, I don't really know for certain).
new wheels are 8" wide
difficult to find an 8" wide "cheap" wheel to use for the spare
if I were to get 5 tires and 4 wheels, would the 1" difference in width between the factory wheel & my new wheels mae much difference should I ever need to resort to needing the spare?
I know that it's a bad idea to run different size tires on the same axle, but how much of a difference in height will 1" of width produce...enough to be concerned?
