1952 Schwinn Black Phantom, fully restored. Pretty much like you would have bought off the showroom floor back then. Super expensive in the day, $99 in 1952. You could buy a new car for 2K then.
This 1952 year had the locking front fork, automatic rear tail/stoplight and the optional $9 front expander, (drum), brake. All years had the front fender light, tank horn and leather saddle.
Only kids with wealthy families got these.
I ride it sometimes.
It was the first thing my Maverick ever hauled in the bed.
