For the last two years I've just dropped a full box of Kleenex in front of the armrest. Fits perfectly. Doesn't move. Access for both occupants. I took this photo right after my only-once-per-year cleaning. Because trucks are happiest when dirty.

They're also available on Amazon along with many more colors/designs, but still the same space saving tube. This is a real find as I'm always groping around the back seat trying to find the square box. Thanks for posting!

My tissues live in a compartment in my Hotor Trash container, but apparently they don't make that model anymore; here's the "new and improved" version:

The pockets on the side hold doggy bags and extra fast food napkins. I usually travel on my own, so it hangs in front of the passenger seat. If I do have a passenger, it easily flips around to the back.

I use a full size box, fits perfectly in the place where the wireless charger would be on the Lariat.
