I ordered a 2023 on March 27th that year. They said my order was extended to 2024. So here it is over a year later and no Maverick yet. CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME A GOOD REASON WHY.

Well, your dealer did NOT place an order on that date. Ordering for 2023 started on Sept 15th 2022, and went for 6 days. They stopped taking orders then because they were sold out for 2023 model year in the US.
Likely your dealer held your order until the ordering for 24's opened up in July. There was no way for a dealer to order between October 2022 to July 2023 when the order banks reopened.
