You were correct about the build date the June July august is for the extra ford points. Thanks for the correction.

I did check Carvana and Car Max. Both quotes have me underwater by 3k. If delivered in May I’ll be under that but may lose some value on trade in. Your right about used car prices in that i sold them a 7 year old Elantra with 120,000 miles last month for 7 k. Still ran good but some body dents and half bumper missing. I guess single cab trucks just aren’t in demand.

I sold by 2016 ford escape to peddle.com for 4200 which was about 1800 under what I was offered for a trade in 6 months before hand with a blown transmission. Maybe check them out.

I sold a 2014 Chevy Malibu with 107,600 miles on it yesterday to Hixson Ford in Alexandria for 10,500. It was in good shape, really clean, had a few dings and one bad seat. I was really shocked that I got that much for it.

I am still waiting on my Maverick. It is on a truck making its way to Alexandria. This wait is killing me. LOL

Glad you got your hybrid order in. Apparently Ford has set early Nov as the cut off for ordering hybrids until the summer of 2022 which will be for the 2023 model. So anyone wanting a 2022 better order this week.

Just inquired at Bill Hood Ford about the Maverick they had on the lot out of curiosity. They said it’s gone but they’ll have another one soon.

Cazenave Ford in Vacherie has a very low optioned Silver XLT 2.0 listed as on the lot for 25ish. If someone was looking for one. I spoke to the owner about a month ago about ordering one (they can’t order hybrids) and he seemed like a straight shooter.
