First time poster, long time reader. Reserved a Maverick last week from George Coleman Ford in Travelers Rest, SC. It was built 10/26. Says it's shipped. Any suggestions on when I might pick it up? Any hunches based on your experiences? Dealer said 11/23-11/29, but possibly later. I see that some of you mentioned chat. If I chat with Ford, can I get a more precise ETA?

Really excited! I went back and forth about ordering a Hybrid Maverick for over a year. Just noticed that one was headed to TR last Monday. Not a hybrid like I hoped, but I decided to jump on it! XLT Eco-boost in Carbonized Grey.

Congratulations, you're lucky to have corraled a Maverick. I'm down near Greenwood and have a hybrid on order thru Ballentine Ford. There will be many more people who can tell you more about tracking your trucks arrival than I can.(I figure I've got plenty of time to figure it out). From all I read here, I think your dealer is correct, but there are ways to get more info. Check the tracker forum, you will need details on the vehicle and ordering info.

Would have to expect that the dealer already has the XL on the way as order banks are not open currently. The odds of getting an XL built are not good right now as there are way more ordered than Ford intends to build this year.

Yes. It was a rare allocation model and I was the first to inquire about it as soon as the window sticker posted on the dealer website.

Congratulations, you should be receiving it soon then. There's a lot of info here for tracking vehicles inbound to the dealer once you have a VIN. You can do a search of the forum if you want to.

I have seen a total of eight so far between those around Greenwood and Greenville. One of those was awaiting pickup by its new owner at the dealer in Greenwood. I'm still waiting for production.
