Well, I was originally born a male in Lynchburg, VA. Now I am retired and live in Middleburg, Fl.
I retired from the Navy as a senior Chief. Went into the car business and retired as a Subaru/VW dealer. I am 83 years old and have dedicated the rest of my life waiting on the 2024 Maverick Lariat Hybrid I ordered on 17 July 2023.

You will get it in time to enjoy it. I had a friend in Louisiana who got so mad they almost had to call the cops because they would not renew her DL at age 101. Wishing you many years of Happy Mavericking and thanks to people like you who served our country, we are still free. May God richly bless you daily.

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY. I now live in Charlotte, NC. I still have a NY accent. People ask where I'm from..... I tell them the South; South Brooklyn! (Gerritsen Beach) lol

I often tell people they cannot guess where I am from because of my Boston Accent LOL. Actually born in South Louisiana and live in Texas, so it is a dead give away.

When we go to Maui I always say “I want to go to Hana” to which I always get a resounding NO! And then that story about the twins trying to kill each other comes up, and the winding road, washouts, yada yada yada…one day I am going to Maui alone…you really have to love driving to get there it appears, and I do. As long as there is no one else on the road I will be fine

Its getting more and more crowded but really its not bad. That whole twins thing was just weird, sure there is cliffs out there but you gotta really wanna die to go over em. The road is winding but its really not that bad if you know how to get out of peoples way when they are flying. If you ever come to Twin Falls the afternoon is better, we are always slammed mid day and we do paid parking now but bring your Hawaii ID and its free. Always got local parking, half hour hike to the 3rd waterfall but got one 5 min in thats great for swimming.

Road to Hana is a nice drive. Those Locals really blaze that trail though!

I live in a Small town of 10,000 people Just outside of Chicago. Close enough (10 minutes) to the city, but Mayberry feel.
