2024 Hybrid XLT, my 110voutlets do not work, I really do not know if they have ever worked. Found out when a friend tried to charge their phone in the back seat.
I checked the plugs under the truck that I could find, just wondering where the inverter or inverters are located. Also, any info to try to figure them out.
I read several threads here, just not much specific info found.
I have checked the fuses in the under hood fuse box, fuse 84? or whatever, are all good.
TIA for any info.

Looks like I should have used the google search, seems to work better than the forum search, and still brings me back here.
Looks like Darnon nailed it!
I think I will try to access it before I take it to the dealer to get it checked out.

AC POWER POINT
This vehicle is equipped with up to two AC outlets.
One on the rear of the center floor console and one in the Bed Panel.

Each AC outlet is equipped with an amber LED that indicates the system status.
The LED is illuminated continuously when the inverter is ON and the system is operating normally.
If the LED has a series of three flashes, the power point is overloaded.
The LED flashes constantly if the ignition is on and a fault is detected. If the LED is off when ignition (engine running) there could be some system faults.

DC/AC INVERTER
The DC/AC inverter converts 12 volts DC to 110 to 230V volts (Depending on market requirement) AC to power AC devices rated 400 watts or less with the vehicle in park, or 300 watts or less with the vehicle in drive.

NOTE: The DC/AC inverter will cease AC output if there is a fault on the LEDs in the outlet or if the LED is not detected as present.
Loose harness connector, faulty outlet LED feedback can cause.

The DC/AC inverter has a self-protection feature for the following conditions:
• Short circuits on the inverter output circuits
The inverter shuts down if it detects a short on the output circuit(s). After 6 seconds, it restarts and checks for a short condition.
If the condition still exists, the inverter shuts down again. The inverter restarts 5 times and if the short still exists on the 5th restart, the inverter disables AC output and the amber LED indicator flashes.

• Low voltage input
The inverter does not operate when the input voltage is less than 12 volts (excluding Start and Stop events).

• High voltage input
The inverter does not operate when the input voltage is greater than 16 volts.
Load exceeds the maximum limit allowed while in Drive Load exceeds 400 watts (engine running, in Park).

• High temperature
The inverter does not operate if it has overheated or if ambient (cabin) temperatures exceed 75 C (167 F).

• If the self-protection feature is activated, the LED indicator flashes and the DC/AC inverter does not provide power output to the AC outlets.
If the LED is flashing, the problem must be corrected before DC/AC inverter operation resumes.

If at least one of the outlet LEDs is not electrically detected, the inverter will not provide AC output and will command the other Outlets LEDs to be off (in case the vehicle has more than one AC outlet).

COMPONENT OPERATION
The AC power outlets and inverter module are replaced as separate components.
The AC outlets are standard 3-prong outlets, similar to a standard wall outlet.
The contacts of the outlet exert a more powerful grip on the plug so that it does not shake loose on poor road surfaces.

Troubleshooting:
https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...d-and-backseat-not-working.68748/post-1138120

Check for DTCs.
Check Fuses, 10A, 60A.
Check Outlet LEDs with DMM Diode Check.
Check wiring from Inverter to Outlets.
Check wiring from BCM to Inverter.

Bluespec1, some good info there. :thumbsup:I'm gonna check the obvious stuff first, hopefully just a loose connection somewhere. I am going to access the inverter in the console and check there first.

I'm just going to check the connections at the plugs, not going to get too carried away.
I am a mechanic, I work on 18 wheelers, and the Ford dealer is in our parking lot, so I know the guys there.
Plus, I want to take the console apart myself, so if it gets scratched up, I know who to blame.

So, other then the 5 auto-restarts, is there a way to reset it?

Take it to dealer, then you can still blame yourself if they scratch it!😁
