It's been over 2 weeks since the dealer reprogramed my trailer module.
Ford app/online still show the recall as "Recall Incomplete".

I’m going on over 4 weeks and they still have no given me my points for buying my Maverick.
I believe Ford should invest in employees first. Maybe not Electrical vehicles.

Been almost a month for me and no Ford points either. Because I ordered it through Military Auto Source overseas I know I am going to have to keep calling on this. I already called once and they blew me off and told me to wait until it's been six weeks. Sigh, just a frustration with how they do this.

Picked mine up on March 17 and still no points. Dealer said Ford doesn't have a clue on what they're doing with Ford Pass.

Ford app/online still show the recall as "Recall Incomplete".
My notice on both the Ford Pass app and the NHTSA website cleared within two days. Make sure that your dealer put your vehicles VIN number into the Ford service system correctly.

We picked up our Truck on April 25th and points submission went in. Called the rewards number and walked through with rep - they had VIN, saw the points to be credited, etc. but could take up to 30 days. So…by end of May and here we are May 26th with no points credited. I’m with the poster above - Ford does not know what they are doing with Rewards.

I picked my maverick up in December and there was no mention of points. Is there a website to apply or should I call the dealer?

I am on 5 weeks with no points. I contacted Ford today and they’ve stated dealer never put me down as the owner in the system. I said than how did I buy this and how is it in my app. The modem is turned on by the salesman. We went through it together.
I asked Ford do we have to beg for our points. Can this be that difficult.
I contacted the dealer and waiting.

Tomorrow is five weeks since I got my Mav. Still no points. I stopped by the dealer today and told them about it. They got on the phone and after about 5 minutes told me to keep my eyes on it for a few days. Didn't have to wait that long. Three hours later, I have my 42,00 points.
