It's been over 2 weeks since the dealer reprogramed my trailer module.

Picked mine up on March 17 and still no points. Dealer said Ford doesn't have a clue on what they're doing with Ford Pass.I’m going on over 4 weeks and they still have no given me my points for buying my Maverick.
I believe Ford should invest in employees first. Maybe not Electrical vehicles.
My notice on both the Ford Pass app and the NHTSA website cleared within two days. Make sure that your dealer put your vehicles VIN number into the Ford service system correctly.It's been over 2 weeks since the dealer reprogramed my trailer module.

Tomorrow is five weeks since I got my Mav. Still no points. I stopped by the dealer today and told them about it. They got on the phone and after about 5 minutes told me to keep my eyes on it for a few days. Didn't have to wait that long. Three hours later, I have my 42,00 points.I am on 5 weeks with no points. I contacted Ford today and they’ve stated dealer never put me down as the owner in the system. I said than how did I buy this and how is it in my app. The modem is turned on by the salesman. We went through it together.
I asked Ford do we have to beg for our points. Can this be that difficult.
I contacted the dealer and waiting.
