It cleared up my issues with phone / radio link. My calls are no longer “garbled” .

when I went in for my first oil change at 3k [have 8k now second oil change done] they looked at me like I was from outer space when I told them my calls were garbled, they must of done the latest update has never happened again. Also don't freeze up anymore.

I haven't updated my Sync 3 since purchase March 2022, Build 21194. Works flawlessly and I don't want to introduce any bugs or possibly remove features like this

Well i updated via USB and the site did not update with new version, i went back and tried the update search again and it downloaded a file. again, up update on ford site. Tried again tonight and there was another update, so far, no change.

Fixed Bluetooth issues connecting to iphone. No longer have a malevolent sounding voice distortion on incoming calls.
