I have Ver. 3.4.22200, Ford.com says need to do Ver 3.4.23188. Downloaded file to prepare to do thumb drive update. Folder empty. Ford confirmed and said to wait or do WIFI.

Part of the update fixes a wifi glitch. So.........to try and do an update over wifi that has a "glitch" doesn't seem to be a good idea. Wait until you can use a thumbdrive.The file is corrupted. Same thing happened to me. Then, I was at the dealer last week and the same thing happened when they downloaded it.

My dealer refuses to do software updates without charging for labor to do it. SMH.Same problem here. Wi-Fi spins forever trying to find the update, so I downloaded from Ford for the USB method -- and WIndows says the zip file is empty (at over 800mb). My plan is to have the dealer do the update when I go in for the 23E09 recall in 4 weeks. (Yeah, Feb 13 is the soonest the dealer can do it.)
