What did your Maverick replace or is it your first?

We have a Pelican cooler which was perfect for Costco in our Explorer but our tonneau doesn't quite clear. Someone needs to make an awesome cooler for the Maverick which hides under a tonneau.

I am planning on using a two Coleman Xtreme 5 Marine 150 qt Coolers. I also removed the hinges.

Dimensions: 37.75 inches length x 19.75 inches width x 19 inches height.

Mine is a 2009 ranger with 274 thousand miles. I am holding on to it till it clocks 300k. I had a bet with a Mercedes owner that it would last that long if you followed the same maintenance schedule that Mercedes used on their vehicles.

Too late for the give away but I don't mind!

My Maverick replaced my 2014 Chevy Volt. Loved that car and its flexibility. The PHEV drivetrain was amazing and it is something I really miss, even with my Hybrid Mav. That said, I do appreciate the larger room for hauling stuff (although the Volt could do quite a bit with the rear seat folded down in "Truck Mode"), the greater ground clearance, the presence of a tailgate which makes a great place to sit while I am not driving.

While I was hoping to hold on to the Volt for a bit longer and maybe snag a Rivian R2 here in a few years, but the A/C evaporator had other plans and sprung a leak. Considering that the A/C system also cools the main propulsion battery, just "sweating" it out for a few summers wasn't viable. So after looking at a $3k "dash out" repair bill on a car that was approaching 150k miles, we decided to go ahead and replace it.

Mine took over the duties of an 06 Mqzda 6i, 5 speed. It's still in the driveway though, for me to drive when my son takes my wife's CRV, and she takes the Maverick.
(I don't usually mind, since it's still fun to drive a stick.)

My 2025 XLT hybrid replaces a 2008 Honda Element. It supposedly would have lasted another 200,000 miles according to my mechanic but it needed a lot of work. Hopefully this truck lasts as long. It gets nearly double the mpg so that's a great thing.
