I’m getting calls from Ford selling me the extended warranty. I’m considering it although my last couple of Ford trucks were pretty good in that regard. But this is full if electronic gadgetry. which warranty makes sense to buy? I figure 100k or 10 years. Thoughts?

Saw this browsing Amazon. So, this goes under the driver side rear wheel well. Seems like it would just create a place for mud and crap to get captured and sit up against the sheet metal. And rust. Am I missing something?
