What did your Maverick replace or is it your first?

2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek; 167k miles on it. Burns oil, needs a catalytic converter, 2 wheel bearings, exhaust replacement, time for 4 tires and brakes as well. Seems all the problems hit all at once and I figured the repairs cost significantly more than the value of the vehicle. It was a great 11 year run though! Just purchased a 2025 Maverick XLT AWD 2.0L EB in Space White Metallic, 4k tow, xlt lux, black appearance pkg, copilot 1.0. It's currently out for a line-x spray in liner and I've got 3D floor mats, Truxedo Sentry CT tonneau cover, and a DeeZee tailgate assist on the way. Mfg date May 2, arrived on the lot evening of May 22 and I bought it the next day. Picking up my truck on Tues or Wed; couldn't be more stoked.

Our 2024 Mav hybrid replaced two vehicles. A Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and a 2002 Dodge Dakota PU. I miss the lane change option as well as push button start and Satellite radio. We ordered an XLT with the Lux package. Couldn’t believe it came without Satellite radio. Sales guy was surprised when I picked it up. The other features were available on the Lariat but some of those features I really didn’t want. as far as the truck it replaced the Mav does everything my Dodge did except for 4x4. Overall very happy to replace two vehicles with one. Our second car is a Jeep Wrangler. I can and do tow either one behind my motor home.

Replaced a 2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that had 303k miles on it and was very long in the tooth. Ordered my XLT Lux in August last year, took delivery Jan 2 of this year, it now has a whopping 800 miles on it and one fill-up! I drive another car for work so the Mav is just for weekends.

A 2008 Honda Element. Great vehicle but I thought it underpowered and the mileage was terrible for a 4 cylinder, like 24 on a good day. The mechanic said I probably could have gotten another 200K out of it so I'm hoping the 2025 hybrid Maverick gets at least that.

Replaced a 2008 Honda Ridgeline RT. Purchased it in 2011 with 90K miles for $16,000. Sold it the day after I got the Maverick with 165K miles for $6,000. Really liked everything about that Honda, except the gas mileage. Most recently before the Ridgeline I had Ford Ranger standard cab and before that a Mazda B3000 stretch cab. Before that a couple of Isuzu PUP's. Trip down memory lane. Thanks Mabett!

Upsized from a 2019 Honda Fit. I'll be a Fit Freak till the day I get sent to the farm but my practically requirements changed with a house. The Fit served my well. I could fit 6 foot dog eared picket fence with room before hitting the front wind shield. But now I need to think about ground clearance and these bumpy city roads. Along with the same or similar room to move big items around.

It was great for Costco shopping. I am going to use the FR3 for Costco until I get a BAKFlip MX4 TS Hard Folding Tonneau Cover is installed.

We have a Pelican cooler which was perfect for Costco in our Explorer but our tonneau doesn't quite clear. Someone needs to make an awesome cooler for the Maverick which hides under a tonneau.
