There's a couple of threads where everything in the world has been discussed but nothing that removes the scratches. Search on 303 Aerospace.

303 Aerospace Protectant is not a cleaner. You use it after cleaning like a dressing. A decent off the shelf cleaner you can easily grab at AutoZone, WalMart, etc. would be Chemical Guys Inner Clean. It's very mild for light cleaning. You can then dress your plastics with 303 Aerospace Protectant which is a very good product. None of these will protect from scratches though. The 303 will darken them up somewhat so that they're a little less visible. Do know that 303 is a water-based product so it dries to the touch quickly but if you open the door and it gets rained on it will come off just as quick.

Aerospace 303 once or twice a year sprayed onto a damp microfiber towel and the excess soaked up with a dry microfiber towel. I also use a horse hair bristle brush to get into the crevice's. The majority of wiping down though is done with nothing other than simply a damp microfiber towel. Also, you can invest in an electronic duster to help blow dust particles out. If it's really dirty - steam clean with a soft bristle brush but avoid electronic areas.

Watch some YT videos of detailers. Even though most are fluffers trying to generate revenue by having customers leave vehicles disgustingly dirty before they drop them off and they try to sell certain brand chemicals to add to said revenue by the links you click - their methods are usually accurate.

Basically - just keep it simple. Avoid glossy sticky products like Armor All and such. All you need is a water based UV protectant every so often and a good set of microfiber towels. Do not clean plastics with dry microfiber towels until you have soaked up the majority of dirt particles, or you may scratch them.

Be careful about what you use near the instrument crystal, thread on here somewhere about someone getting permanent spotting from possibly 303. Here, damp microfiber cloth is best.

2 squirts of a baby shampoo, like Johnsons and Johnsons, into a quart size spray bottle with water. Spray on a microfiber towel and wipe.

I use this on all my touch screens, dashes, instrument panels, and door panels, etc.,
