Man I hope we don't have to wait that long to get some new interior and exterior color options on the XLT.Wait and get a 2025 Mav. That's probably when you will see the mid cycle refresh.
Why won't you daily the tremor and get rid of the hybrid? The biggest benefit of the hybrid is fuel economy. But you will never ever save enough money on gas dailying the hybrid and garaging the tremor to make up for the cost of both vehicles (as opposed to just dailying the tremor and selling the hybrid).I love all 3 of my rides, but each... serves a purpose. I am most often in the Mav. Great mileage for a daily driver and general use for most things I need. I do have a Tremor coming, but... its for a purpose. Its not going to be a Daily, but its also not for the more extreme OHV trips like rock climbing or shallow water fjording, either. Its meant more for driving through fields and basic woodland trails on mostly flat land where I think it would be ideal.
I will say though, I am waiting to see if Ford eventually does an AWD hybrid and waiting to see what happens with the "Maverick Lightning" thing as well. The render on the link is subtle but nice. Maybe then I might consider trading the one I have now for the upgrade.
In short, I am not the only driver so both will get driven regularly regardless. The hybrid will be the one that gets driven almost daily where the other will get driven three to four days a week even when not needing to go certain places. It also means not having to share just the one or waiting for the other driver in the house to get back from whereverWhy won't you daily the tremor and get rid of the hybrid? Maybe test drive a Bronco Sport? That would most likely be more road-friendly then it’s bigger brother.I’ve had my Maverick about 15 months now and still happy. I tend to swap out cars every one to two years so I have been getting itchy. I thought about a Bronco before I fell into my Maverick. The local dealer had a few on his so I went and took a test drive. Didn’t last two blocks. Took it back and said no way. Drove like crap and noisy. Took a Ranger out for giggles and it wasn’t bad at all. It still wasn’t as good driving as my Maverick. The itch is gone.
I literally laughed out loud when I read this line - to the point my wife stopped her TV show to ask "What was so funny?"<< snip >>
They seem to drive a whole lot better when they are paid for.

Took my Mav off pavement for first time today. Did great just a few places where I had to dodge around some rocky points that might have taken out an oil pan or other low point. Yes it was a gravel road but it was a lot rougher coming up that hill than it looks going back down.I love all 3 of my rides, but each... serves a purpose. I am most often in the Mav.
