Mine got picked last week for 3/7, now moved to 4/4. Not complaining, I got a build date so I'm good.

It was a hybrid order. I'm wondering if all the reschedules are on Hybrids?

Anyway, it's sure to increase the anxiety of those hoping to get picked tomorrow.
Mine got rescheduled as well, from week of March 7 to April 4, I'm like you, still glad to have it finally scheduled at all. I pretty much expected it after having read about all of the other scheduling changes that most people seem to be experiencing. Just posting for the record, carry on.

Dude Im effing livid. I got the production email back in December for a Feb 21st prod date. Now they moved it to March 21st. Im legit pissed as shit and will most likely be saying im cutting my losses and moving on. Honestly Im just about done with waiting. Settling with an SUV or a Jeep might not be a bad idea either.
It's so weird that Ford won't say peep about production issues. Just throw us a bone -

With today being Thursday, I'll keep you posted on if I get an email delaying my production, which is scheduled for the week of February 21st.

Seems like most of the delays are Hybrid orders .In contrast I saw a guy complaining on Reddit it took 10 weeks for him to RECEIVE AN ECO BOOST . That seems like a record short time to me. My eco lariat order 11/03 has shipped so it seems they are speeding up with the ICE TRUCKS . Something is wrong in the hybrid end of it ,Ford knows how to build them . And we got guys and gals on here languishing with 6-8 month old legitimate orders. Ford needs to be straight forward and address this or lose all credibility and customer loyalty.

Seems like special ordering should be dropped and should never have been the method of purchasing a Maverick. They should just build what they can, let dealers order and you buy it off the lot. Same amount of cars built and sold with a lot less pissed off customers.

Got the coveted scheduled for production email six days ago, scheduled for March 13. New date is April 11.
Aaaaaaaand Whammyyyyyyyyy!
Not shocked. Not gonna piss and moan about it, just sharing the update. Details in my signature.
That sucks, but at least you got a build date. Think of this way... everyone behind you with a hybrid order (like me) also got delayed a month, they just don't know it yet. I guess I should set my sights on getting my truck in June, but at this rate who knows.

My scheduled date last week was March 7 and now April 4. At least we got an email now instead of a surprise email on March 7

How about we cut out the (mostly) useless middleman and order from Ford direct, who builds them in the order that they were received. Dealers are a relic of the past.

My understanding was that to schedule production, they ( @Ford ) waited until they had all necessary build components on site/confirmed. To delay a month just 6 days after scheduling something must have shifted dramatically wouldn't you think?
I could believe the reallocation of chips to more profitable builds, but that is extremely short term thinking for a long term company. They don't need to bump the stock price right now unless they intend to unload stock. Other thought would be issue at factory - machine issues, employee issues....

Thoughts?

Mine was a hybrid as well. Who knows? I'll get my truck sooner or later and that's all that matters.

Well I'm going to go out on a limb and say my 7/7 hybrid doesn't get scheduled today with all the hybrids with date getting pushed back. Awesome.

All of this feels completely random. I ordered from Quirk Ford in Quincy. (Shout out to Tom who explained the process easily and I had a confirmation email right away. A few dealers I spoke with sounded like they were making sh*t up and got a little condescending when I suggested my research didn’t match what they were telling me 😡). I finally got a 3/7 build date last week…but fortunately for me, got an email last night saying it was moved up to 2/21. (Ordered 9/2/21). I have no confidence I won’t get another email telling me it’s been bumped to April/May so it is hard to get excited by this. I feel most for all the people who haven’t even got an order confirm from Ford but their dealer is telling them it’s in…that would give me high anxiety…(not saying the order isn’t in!)
Hybrid?
