Well is it totaled??

Truck got hit today by person who ran red light. Wiring was smoking, front axle broke, spindle broke, fender door and hood. And who knows what else.
Those that have had wrecks, do you think its totalled

Based upon my own experience also hit on the same quarter, I would expect it will be a loss.

No air bags deployed, but after seeing what is considered totaled i think it is. Wont find out till next week

I think it’s close, but I think it can be repaired, especially since the value of the vehicles remain so high you might want to consider keeping it as a salvage You might get big money for a hybrid salvage. If it’s eco-boost, I get rid of it.

Usually when accidents involve suspension, it may as well be totaled. The costs of parts alone are not enough to justify repairs. You're better off letting insurance take over and finding a new one. It's a shame this happened to begin with, especially since it wasn't your fault. I've noticed a lot of Mavericks have been getting hit lately. Lots of rear end collisions thanks to distracted driving. And when it's not that, it's either t-bones or wild animals.
