Ways of getting Recall notifications ?

If you have had a recall on your truck, did you receive the notification through the mail? Meaning USPS snail mail, or did you get an email or notification on the FordPass app?

Both. There is a Ford web page where you can insert your Vin and get recall details.

Ford removed recalls from the app - Probably took up too much server bandwidth - lol

I received snail mail for 23E09, (reprogram PCM) but not for 23C41/23V848 ("Turn signal outage detection failure").
My FordPass app, under "Service," has a "Recall" button. That shows both recalls. I have a Feb. 13 dealer appointment.

Turns out (pun not intended) that there’s 3 open recalls, none appearing to have a remedy: under hood fire, turn signal and power train. Lovely.

It’s parked outside in a balmy -6*F. I’m not!

Thanks. I just checked and I do have the turn signal recall on my 23 XL Hybrid.

I have not received any notification. The reason I posted this thread is because I am having mail forwarded for a few months and have had issues in the past receiving my mail in a timely fashion.
