Hum something needs updated. What happens if you use a different app, i.e. Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, etc. I used Waze one time and the directions it gave wasn’t remotely close.

Hmmm, on the Ford app, when the map is shown, it has "Google Maps" displayed on it. I went to Google Maps on my phone, and it also shows the wrong address. I guess this is a Google issue, not the Ford App.
So, I went to Google Maps and went to the section to correct an address, and it didn't seem to take what I entered.

My former home in Virginia was inaccessible by road according to ALL navigation apps. Not 1 house on 2 city blocks could get to using nav directions. I finally discovered why after trying to schedule Miss Utility to mark my yard. I scheduled them and they never came so I called. It seems the name of the street when originally drawn on maps was different than it was in 1923 when they started building houses along it. The original name was entered into data bases used by utilities and GPS. Funny though the utilities always mailed the bill to the later name as listed by the Post office.

A repair business used to be shown at my location, a mile away. The address for my house and the business were correct, just not mapped correctly. I would get people coming up my drive looking for tthem. Most of them drove past their location a mile away and missed ther sign. I sent Google a report and they fixed it a few months later.

Yes, I have the same problem. Google Maps is the problem.
Open Google Maps and check where it pin points your location.
Ironically since the first day I brought the truck home, the street number is correct, but the street, town, and zip code are probably 15 miles away from me!
Getting them to correct it seemed simple, but they corrected only a pin point, not the area around the pin point! I love technology these days!

About 1 yr ago, my location showed me living in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, lol. It's better now.

Google maps took only a couple of days to get my address correct. My mail address is that of a village within the town I live. However, Google maps would give the village name an then in () the name of the neighboring town. Sure I live close, I can even see property in that town across the lake, but none of my street is in that town. To complicate things even further not all my street uses the village for the mailing address. Part of my street has mail delivered from the PO in the village, and some from the PO up in the center of town. If you feed in the correct number and street, but the actual town vs the village name, it will stop at house 50 and say you are here vs. 29 which is my house number,
Notified Google maps of the discrepancy and it was corrected within few days.

When it came to google showing me the house from street view it gave me my next door neighbors street view and driveway. When it showed me my house from the satellite view, it too showed my neighbors house. Sure... My house is buried in the trees and is not viewable from any satellite (or pretty much from the street as well). I was able to adjust and change the pinpoint in the woods for the satellite view, but street view took several years. Guessing they had to wait till they did an update of the street from one of there vehicles that photos everything as they drive by. lol
