So, if my truck is locked and I enter my keypad code the driver's door unlocks. Simple enough.

But if the doors are unlocked, and I enter the code, they do not lock. I can hear the lock activate as if it's unlocking again.

I thought there was a way to lock all doors using the code, but I can't figure it out. Can anyone tell me the trick?

Goings back to the early 90s at least the codes on Ford keypads all work mostly the same, and it's a nice bit of UI consistency.

Press the 7/8 and 9/0 keys to lock all doors, and if there is a security system installed, arm it.

Various other buttons after entering the master or a personal code will open other doors.

I played with it again today using the info provided in this post. Works like a charm! The question is, will I remember how to do it again in a few days?

Also if I remember correctly from when I had a f350 if u punch in ur code to unlock and u push the 3/4 immediately after it will then unlock all the doors not just the drivers door...
