Still $3,000 more than I paid at Granger. I love my Tremor.

It is the inescapable fate of high-trim economy vehicles to be hot until they're not. And then they drop like a rock. But the OEMs are smart enough to churn the waters. First there's a Tremor, then a Lobo, then an ST. And they'll keep churning the mix to make money.

Marketing 101. "Churn baby, churn! Ship baby, ship". I heard those phrases in person from one of the founders of Apple. He was explaining that Apple was not about shipping great product. It was about shipping constantly changing product.

It does include the Maverick. For the first time in a while I got a straight deal on a 2025 Maverick with the A-plan and $1,700 under sticker out the door. I bought the Eruption Green XLT with the luxury pkg, and 360 1.0 version.

Interest rates are high,
Lots of new 2024 Tremors out there.
Last week my local Ford dealer had 4 2024 Tremors.
The Lobo hit the dealers, and people are always wanting the latest thing. I’d bet the Lobo turns at least a few away from the Tremor since it’s no longer the newest thing.
I’d speculate the Lobo will sit on the throne of desire for quite some time.

Does the Tremor have paddle shifters ?
I’d love that feature on my old guy Lariat.
:’P
I just bought a 25 Lariat Tremor. Yes, it has handle shifters.

TruDat.

What today is hot, tomorrow is not. Part of the reason the basic XL retains more resale value than any other trim level. The trucks themselves don't depreciate much, but the expensive add-ons, do.

Throw in dealer incentives on the latest gotta have trim levels, and incentives to buy what was last year's hottest truck drop.

My '24 Lariat AWD has gone up from $30K to $32K in the last couple weeks, per Carvana. Not sure why the Raptor is going down.

I got 34,800 for my 2023 Tremor after 11 months of ownership and almost 14k miles. Significantly more than what I paid for it.

It drives me nuts how the sorting feature on each and every Ford dealer's website doesn't work. Go to the link above (or your local dealership), search on Maverick or any other vehicle and sort by price. It always sorts high to low.
Really? Low to High works for me.

My local Ford dealer is selling new 2024 Lariat Tremors at a $3k discount. So about $38k.

As we get closer to the 2026 models, will the 2024 prices decrease more?

My dealer shows 16 new 2024 Lariat Tremors in stock (according to their site).
It will be interesting to see how long they last. If I keep waiting for the price to decline I may
get a great deal. Or I may end up empty handed.

The dealer shows 5 2025 Tremors in stock. It has been like this for the last 10 weeks.

Ford diehards had a choice of at least four other models that are better offroad, and brand agnostics would see it at the bottom of the list of those and a wide selection elsewhere, so it was an "also this" tagged on the range rather than a halo for it.

Bear in mind also some artificial inflation of used prices due to high demand and low supply in the first two years, ballooning used market demand and prices. Then that zeppelin got strafed by the Rickenbacker of Ford really ramping production up and cranking out almost as many in 12 months as it managed the previous 30ish, so suddenly, twice as many Mavericks at all around.
