Buying a used Tremor, what should I look for?

I'd ask a lot of questions about this vehicle. Anything under 10k miles per year is unusual. How clean is the title? Are those miles on a rebuilt engine? If not why did it sit?

Looking at the Carfax it was hit in the rear and suffered enough damaged to be a total write off, has a salvage title. I'd certainly avoid. Very nice price for a Tremor Lariat with just 7600 miles but of course there was a hitch, to good to be true.
