Upper headlight dead space

Looking for some creative ideas on what to do with the empty dead space on the top half of the headlights on XL/XLT trucks. I know some have put LED strips in there, I saw someone on Facebook had tinted them out

I recommend you switch out the poverty edition (XL & XLT) headlights and look for some Lariat ones. Especially the ones from the Lariat with the Black Appearance Package.

Shame FORD for being cheapo and not giving all models DRL's. Especially considering they are THE SAME DAMN HOUSING!

It's just super weird having that space being empty and useless. That was a big factor in my choosing of the Lariat as well. TBH, if I had a different model, I would probably just leave them blank and opt for switchbacks. Covering it up seems worse. Of course, taking them apart and adding your own DRL is one option, but that's a lot of work and not something I've ever been comfortable with either. I am all for DIY, but don't trust myself with headlight modifications like that.
