i just bought a new 2025 Maverick Lariat EcoBoost which I’ll receive in a couple of days. I’m a senior citizen and starting to have a bit of trouble getting in & out of vehicles but the Maverick is just perfect not too high not too low.

With the way the TuxMats come right up to the door sill, do you think this could hinder easy entry & exit for me with the driver’s door?

I have tuxmats, I don't think it'll affect entry/exit because they come up high-ish but still slightly lower than the highest point of door sill.

What might be a bit annoying is the material.
It's not as 'rough' as some other mats, it feels a bit smoother, especially when brand new or clean.

Hopefully other folks can chime in with their thoughts as well.

No. I have the knock off tux mats and they come with little clips that hold the mat edges to the panel trim. Zero issue.

@mike2874 TuxMats will not interfere with entering and exiting the vehicle.
I have pictures of them installed in my Maverick here. 21+ months of use with zero issues.

No input regarding the Tuxmats, but @MM Mav 's picture shows a problem I constantly have, when I drag my 13's over the weatherstripping. The ws wants to tuck in like shown.

@Hot Runr Guy yup, I've had to fix that several times over the course of ownership.

I've used many Tuxmats for years. Never a problem, and they usual have a bag of clips included if needed. One of the best features is they go all the way up the dead pedal, where most others only go halfway or so. This allows the winter stuff to go down behind the mat and dead pedal. I have not bought a set for the Maverick yet but they are on the list.

TUXMATS are the best if you want to clean under/behind AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE-hate all the others that must be removed each time to clean under/behind-had the OEM...sucked big time

I have 22 Maverick Lariat hybrid and I'd highly recommend the Tuxmats, front and rear. They clean up great (I use Traeger grill cleaner) and look like new again.

Thanks for all the replies and pictures… notifications must be going into my spam folder. It looks like they definitely cover everything and shouldn’t interfere getting in/out for me. I put some into the cart but haven’t seen how much shipping it will be yet.
