Great to hear and thanks for the quick reply! I scooped this one up and as it's my first tonneau I wonder if I could just check with you about two things...?

Without clamping it down it lays kinda wonky - definitely not flat. The front corner rests about 1/4" -1/2" off the bed rail. When I do clamp it though it seems to stiffen up and it's in contact all the way around. Normal?

Two of the joints look a little rough around the hinges and I can't tell if there was some damage or if it's just excess manufacturing material / imperfections in the build. Again - normal?

It does seem to open and close smoothly so I'm not too concerned. In fact, for the price, I'm happy regardless and definitely keeping it on the truck. As a first timer though it would just be some peace of mind to know if this is all par for the course or if maybe I should keep a bit of a close eye on it for a while.
Here is mine.

After a ton of looking, I’m going with the Leer HF650M For my 2024 Lariant Hybrid now in production. Quad fold so panels are less heavy. Panels are fiberglass so they don’t dent in hail storms like aluminum. And has more secure latches, not wires than can be compromised with a coat hanger.
That does look like a great choice. Have you been able to find it to fit the 2024? I also have a 2024 Lariat and the Leer website and local dealer only show a part number to fit 2023. I assume there is no difference between the model years but I'm just wondering if you found someone to order/install it for you?

I purchased it from Jay Ruther https://mytruckbedsolutions.com/. It shows the fit for 2024 Ford Maverick that I have. Jay is super helpful and the website is tops. Received mine within a week of ordering. Best truck bed cover I found - rugged, heavy duty, no leaks at all, quad fold easy to fold, etc. If you buy it let me know as I have some install tips to make it easy. DIY install is not that difficult with a few tips I can provide. I installed myself.

Thanks for the info Tom! I'm pretty likely to order it and I will let you know to find out the tips.
